The Aligned Brand Blueprint is my unique approach to strategic business- and brand-building for small business owners who want to scale their businesses with intention.

The Aligned Brand Blueprint combines the most crucial elements of business, marketing, and brand strategy, so you can get your business off the ground quickly without sacrificing quality. I’ve found it to be a sustainable, purposeful way to build brands that allows for flow and successfully avoids burnout.

This framework has three parts, and is built from the bottom up in the visual to the right. 

  • Brand Foundation: The most foundational of all the elements, this part of the strategy is used internally. We start with defining the brand’s values and ideal audience, which lays the foundation for the brand. From there, we solidify its offerings, and its position among competitors.

  • Brand Personality: In this step, we translate the Brand Foundation into an external-facing Personality. We first create a mission and vision statement, which guides the creation of a brand voice and tone, and design elements. 

  • Brand Promotion: Finally, we promote the brand’s Foundation using its Personality in a content and marketing strategy that can be shown to the world.
