Who we work with
Our workshops are best suited for creative teams.
This doesn’t mean that your team has made up of graphic designers or copywriters (though it could!); it means that your team is actively creating things. Workshops are geared toward teams that collaborate and interface with one another often, and are dedicated to creating an understanding relationship with one another.
We also work with boards, professional groups, and clubs.
About our approach
We often give so much of ourselves until we are depleted, burnt out, and exhausted. We might follow the paths of others, wondering if we are doing our jobs correctly or if we could be doing it better.
Through the Enneagram, we unveil ways to create with your innermost strengths, and to collaborate with others joyfully.

A workshop custom created for your team, including analysis of each team member’s type. This is a great fit for smaller, more intimate teams that are ready to dig deep and better collaborate. Can be conduced via Zoom, in-person, or asynchronously (delivered via recorded video).

An inclusive workshop that’s great for larger, busy teams, and those who are looking for more of an Enneagram primer. In this workshop, we provide a more wide-ranging view of the Enneagram, getting in-depth on each and every type. Can be conduced via Zoom, in-person, or asynchronously (delivered via recorded video).

Collaboration and challenge points between different types

Step 2: I’ll send over your team’s assessment information and deadlines (if choosing a personalized workshop), and we’ll get our workshop on the books (if you choose a live workshop).
Step 3: It’s Enneagram party time! In the workshop (both live and async versions), we’ll overview the basics of the Enneagram before diving into the Enneagram types of each of your team members and tips to understand your own type and the types of others.
Step 4: We’ll have a wrap up call to answer any lingering questions or ways to integrate Enneagram information.
